This handmade Northern California Wood Wine Bottle Stopper or Cork #1006H made out of Redwood IS brand new, but the metal area does have some marks that do not appear to clean off.
These are made from reclaimed redwood burl pieces right here by my dad in our little two person woodshop one at a time by hand.
Each one is unique, has a slightly different shape, different coloring, and different characteristics.
No two are identical.
These are handmade in Northern California, USA out of Redwood and Redwood Burl. We try to have as little waste as possible when making our products so we do our best to come up with new products to use any "waste" there may be. These wine stoppers are one of those fun items.
