This Rustic style Redwood Box can be used for anything you'd like: jewelry, candy, money, or as a fun conversation piece. Some would see little dings, cracks, etc. as flaws while others view this as rustic charm so please be sure to see all photos. We get asked if these can be used as urns. This box holds about 43 cubic inches which roughly translates to holding the ashes of a loved one that weighed 43 lbs or less before cremation. We also get asked if we will custom engrave our boxes. At this time, we do not custom engrave our unique one of a kind boxes that have already been photographed and listed. It will come as shown.
Exterior Dimensions with lid on is approximately 9.875" at longest point x 5.125" at widest point and about 2.5" thick.
Inner Area Dimensions are approximately 7.875" at longest point x 4.125" at widest point by about 1.5" deep.
The finish applied is a clear finish which just helps enhance the grain / allows the colors to really pop. No dyes or stains have been used.
