This Wood Desk Clock is made out of California Redwood. This Wood Clock makes a great housewarming gift or birthday gift. Great for sitting on a mantel, shelf, table, office desk, etc. Approximately 7.5" at tallest point x 5" wide and the wood is about .25" thick. The mechanism sticks out from the back and requires one "AA" / Double A battery which is not provided. The stand is also made out of 1/4" redwood. This clock is not meant to be taken apart and put together multiple time, but will be shipped with the stand taken out/flat. The stand just slides back in pretty easily (if it does not go in one way, please do not force it, just flip it over. If you force it, you may break the stand.)
The redwood clock is handmade in the Northern California redwoods in our little father and daughter shop and makes a great redwood souvenir, reminder of home, or as a great gift. It's the perfect size for a desk so also makes a great gift for those who work in an office environment.
